M2HPA  INITIATIVES

The Mouth to Hand Parent Association (M2HPA) supports all neurodiverse individuals' rights to meaningfully integrate into our communities, have fun, and to make friends.  The M2HPA works to  provide education, recreational, social and advocacy opportunities for our students and their families.
Since its inception in 2023, the M2HPA has worked to better the lives of our non-speakers in numerous ways:  creation, promotion and sales of our nonspeakers' books (Spellbound: The Voices of the Silent, Spellbound: 2024 and Spellbound: 2025); dinner dances; beach parties; field trips; guest speakers; and parent/aide communication partner training.
Our ultimate goal is to work with, and listen to, our nonspeakers and their families in order to bring  even richer opportunities to our growing community.
EDUCATION

The M2HPA has several educational initiatives to help support the nonspeakers and families of Mouth to Hand Learning Center.

1.  We provide financial support to M2H families in need who wish to pursue  M2H's  Communication Partner training program.
2. We pay for special tutors and guest speakers and professors to come in to educate our nonspeakers
